Mexico, I love you already…

I MISS THEM ALREADY

I can't believe how fast the three weeks spent in Mexico flew by. Even after extending my trip another five days, it still felt too soon to leave.

I left Mexico with a full heart after all the time I got to spend with this team, serving this city. This YWAM (Youth with a Mission) base is full of passionate and sacrificial leaders. Being part of the transformation happening there was a joy for me and I left feeling encouraged and inspired. God willing, I'll be back in Mazatlán sooner than later!

AMAZING GRACE - MEDICAL SHIP

YWAM Mazatlán is preparing to set sail for isolated villages along the coast where there is limited access to medical care. Once their medical ship, Amazing Grace, is ready to go, they'll take off and start meeting needs, one village at a time! We were able to help them clean and prepare for their first journey. To help the medical ship pass the stability test, our team joined in to help move 10 tons worth of lead. After a few days of work and a lot of hands on deck, the Amazing Grace passed the test and will be taking off for isolated villages soon!

BIBLES FOR MEXICO

Bibles for Mexico has one mission and it's to see an end to Bible poverty in Mazatlán. Our team got to go door to door, hand out Bibles, and pray over local families.

GRATEFUL

Before I flew out, students and staff affirmed me and thanked me for being a part of their outreach. As they went around and shared how my presence impacted each of them and their team, I felt honored and grateful to be with them for three weeks.

Someone told me, "Time flies when you're doing what you love" and I couldn't agree more.
